GlowLift Refund Policy

At GlowLift, we want you to feel confident, radiant, and fully satisfied with your skincare. If your order isn’t quite right — whether it’s the texture, feel, or overall experience — we’re here to help.

You can return any unused GlowLift skincare products within 30 days of receiving your order. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we’ll do our best to make things right.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging and safety seals intact.

  • Any signs of use, wear, damage, or tampering may result in the return being rejected.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.


How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email our support team at info@tryglowlift.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A short explanation of the reason for the return

  • Clear photos or video evidence, if applicable


Self-Service Return

GlowLift offers a streamlined self-service return process to make it easy for you.

Once the return cost is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to register your return. Buyers must provide a valid reason and clear supporting evidence.

After your item is received, our Returns Team will inspect it to ensure it meets our policy. You’ll be notified by email of the approval or rejection.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, defective, or damaged item).

  • Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval.

  • Once approved, we’ll provide the link to start the process.

  • The shipping cost will be deducted from your refund after we receive the item.

📝 Please note:

  • Delays caused by customs are not valid reasons for a return.

  • If your order is a bundle, all products must be returned together.

  • Individual items from bundles are not eligible for separate returns.

  • If your order arrives damaged or defective, GlowLift will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.


Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email regarding approval or denial.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days, minus the agreed return shipping cost.

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take additional time to appear.


Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your product for a different item, shade, or variant:

  1. Email info@tryglowlift.com with your order number and exchange request.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive an invoice for return shipping (and any price difference if applicable).

  3. After payment, we’ll provide the return registration link.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue store credit so you can reorder your preferred product.


Return Denial

GlowLift reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy, including:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Items not returned in original condition and packaging

  • Returns made after the eligible period

  • Packages sent to addresses other than the one provided by our support team

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.
