What do I need to get started?
To start lifting and brightening, you’ll need: GlowLift™ balm and clean, dry skin. You can also apply it over makeup for quick touch-ups. Applying GlowLift is simple—just follow the steps on the insert included with your balm.

Where can I find GlowLift products?
GlowLift is based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and ships both domestically and internationally. We’re working to bring GlowLift to retail partners worldwide—stay tuned!

Orders, Delivery & Returns

Order confirmation: Check your spam folder first. If not found, contact us with your name, phone number, and email used at checkout.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Delivery: Shipping time depends on your location and carrier. Customs or weather may cause delays.
Duties and taxes: Import fees are the responsibility of the recipient. GlowLift does not cover or refund these fees.
Discount codes: Forgot to apply one? Contact us ASAP with your order number and code.
Missing packages: Check your front door, lobby, parcel lockers, or with neighbors. If still missing, contact us with your order details.
Tracking issues: It can take 24–72 hours to update. If no update after that, contact us.
Damaged or wrong item: Email us with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos of the package and product.
Missing items: Some orders ship separately. Check your shipping confirmation and tracking details.
Cancellations:
– Unfulfilled orders: You can cancel by contacting us.
– Shipped orders: Cancellations aren’t possible once shipped, but you can request a return.
– Subscription orders: Cannot be canceled once processed.
Declined payments: Pending charges usually disappear within 2–4 business days. If no order was confirmed, the amount will be released automatically.
Refunds: Due to hygiene reasons, used skincare items cannot be refunded. Unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Mystery gifts, shipping fees, and gift cards are final sale.
Refund timeline: Up to 15 days after our Returns Team receives your item.
Return processing: 10–14 business days.

Cancellation: Once processed, subscription orders cannot be canceled. Items are non-refundable, but gift cards may be issued within 14 days of delivery.
